Turkish development firm Renaissance Development, known for projects such as Moscow City and Lachta Center, is taking steps to divest some of its Russian assets. Currently, two shopping malls — Aura in Surgut and Aura in Yaroslavl — are listed for sale.
Although there are no evident buyers yet, the properties are actively being offered to investment funds and major investors. Representatives from Renaissance Development and its partners from CORE.XP are remaining silent regarding the sale.
The developer appears to aim at converting these commercial spaces into liquid assets while the market remains somewhat active.
